What to Expect:
During "Movement in the Park," you'll enjoy a dynamic workout routine that incorporates kettlebell or weight exercises suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your fitness journey, this class offers modifications to meet your needs and goals.
What to Bring:
Please bring your own kettlebell or weight, a water bottle, yoga mat or towel, and wear comfortable workout attire suitable for outdoor exercise.
